Bio I already have a journal for ranting, raving etc, so this is basically going to be an 'cultural' journal.
In April this year (2007), I moved from New Zealand (where I had lived for most of my life) to Catalunya, the autonomous region that covers the north-eastern part of Spain.
I moved here to be with my husband of nearly one year, who is a Catalan. I decided I wanted a space that is dedicated to rambling about all of the interesting/exciting/good/ bad/frustrating things about being una nova catalana (a new Catalan).
It will also be a place to talk about Catalan culture, history, language etc, as and when I come across information.
I don't plan to have any particular structure or set regularity for the posts here - they'll happen as things happen!
